Between Toulouse and Narbonne, this 18th century building tastefully renovated by Cathy and Eric themselves, offers spacious rooms or suites as well as access to an outdoor swimming pool, a large garden, a park with majestic trees classified as " remarkable." The air-conditioned rooms all have a minibar, a safe, a high-definition TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. In its green setting, a 2-minute walk from the shops of Palaja, this hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast that you can enjoy in the air-conditioned room or in the garden (charged from 7 years old) You can dine at the very good on-site restaurant "S Comme." upon prior reservation with Michael (managed independently). A "board" formula with selected cheese and cold meats, local beers, local wines, and/or ice creams made in Carcassonne can be served "hotel side", in the garden each day (to be ordered before 6 p.m. at the latest).
