缺点: 入住时工作人员让我们交了50英镑的钱说是用于餐饮扣款，之后我们对此项收费表示疑义，另外一个前台服务员表示她不明白为什么第一个人要收我们这50磅，停留期间我们并未用到酒店的餐饮服务，退房时前台说会发电子账单给我们，50英镑会系统自动退款。但是回国后并没有收到账单，也不知道怎么去向铂尔曼要回这50英镑。

缺点: 这是我第二次住了.第一次我给一个好评，第二次我决定给一个差评。差30镑钱的客房，需要穿过酒吧才能上楼 ，（没有电梯）。客房进门打不来行李箱 ，卫生间是上次住的一半大小 ，里面所有的物品都是单人份的，不禁让人怀疑是不是拿单人房凑数了。床头尾靠墙，单侧是一扇窗户 ，（电子）窗帘是坏的，拉不上， 并且打电话通知前台也没有人来处理，深夜再次穿过酒吧去叫人，每次穿过这个酒吧我就感觉非常不舒服。早餐真的很难吃，具体请看我上一条点评

缺点: 第一点，给了一个阁楼房，灯光非常暗，不喜欢。第二点，早饭付费，但是好评很多于是开开心心地去吃了，味道差强人意，并且叫了两杯茶两杯咖啡，服务员送来了三杯茶一杯咖啡于是我问她我的咖啡呢，送来了以后发现服务员把多送的茶也记账了，咖啡茶约6镑。早餐四个人吃了105磅，我觉得就味道而言真的非常贵。第三点，发现人家订的房间比我便宜60镑非常不开心

缺点: 我的房间是面向马路的，稍微有点吵。 清洁服务是每隔一天提供，内容就是更换毛巾和整理床铺，但是地板除尘是不做的，因为住得比较久，所以地上会积灰，最后几天觉得房间有点脏。 学生宿舍有公用的厨房，但放在冰箱里的食物可能会被别人拿走，很介意的话还是不要放，虽然东西不贵，但是发现没有的时候心里多少有点不舒服。 有免费的WiFi，但是经常会断，速度还行。

缺点: 床实在太太太软了，床垫不是独立弹簧的，是整张的软海绵垫，睡在上面整个人就陷下去了，只好把床褥扯下来打地铺，腰不好的人慎选！！！

缺点: 给我们安排的房间是半地下的。 另外，我们第一天入住时付了2个早上的早餐费，第一个早上用餐之后，我们第二天早上想出去吃早餐，但是餐厅说尽管没用餐，也不能退回我们早餐费。 另外，没有询问，直接刷了我们美元，而不是英镑。

缺点: 第一天来时刷卡付房费，竟然刷的是美元，在英国刷美元？而且我是两天后才收到短信提示的，当时什么收据都没有也没有签名，查了老半天才发觉是酒店付房费时刷的，但明明在预定时注明用英镑支付的，可惜本人英文太烂所以也只能自认倒霉了。而且第一天入住三人房里只有一张大床，（明明备注里注明要单人床的）沙发床也没有准备。早餐品种少了点！

缺点: 房间有一点小，由于入住期间电梯坏了，只能上到五楼，住七楼的我们得从五楼把行李抗上去，不过是因为我们选择的高楼层，所以也算是一个compromise. 另外，check out后存行李需要每件3磅，这个比较不寻常。推荐酒店附近的越南餐厅。
