优点: 地理位置非常好！可以走路到牛津街购物，走路去海德公园、肯辛顿花园。。。。接待我们的前台职员Alex是这次旅行中住过8个酒店中遇到的最好的职员。接待充满热情、不厌其烦非常耐心细心，让我们很感动！酒店的自助早餐品种不多，但品质很高，非常不错！

缺点: 由于在这家酒店入住了超过10天，所以我更深有体会。酒店前台不专业，乱刷预授权，乱扣费，导致信用卡额度急速减少，我续房两天，总共房费不过660镑，但却划走了2800多镑的预授权？！明明房费含早餐，最后结账时却说只是部分含，那好吧，明码标价清楚记账也行，但却在消费清单中把本应含的餐算作应付款项，如果不仔细看根本无法知晓，找前台屡次核账，他们居然每次打印出来的账单都不一样，一会儿说刚那份账单是错的，一会儿又说一些预授权已经取消了，一会儿又说哦那些取消的预授权已经被确认收取了，前后反复折腾说法不一，最后经理出来当面解释，又拿出了一份不同于之前的消费清单，然后说我们是在预授权上犯了一些错误，之前的消费清单上面的一些消费记录是错误的，我们不会重复收费和多收费，等你信用卡账单正式下来后如果你发现有问题，然后再告诉我们。一句话，财务管理混乱，不规范，乱扣费现象明显。

缺点: -……可以说是住过的最差的，没有之一的希尔顿酒店，务必相信评价里所有人的评价，非常真实，酒店很老，走廊里永远有一股难以形容的臭味 （并且在一天奔波后回到酒店居然发现淋浴间没有热水？！没有，热水？！！而且也没有任何提示和道歉，全靠自己去问为什么没有热水，然后才解释说是坏了正在抢修。再问大概多久能修好，就忽悠说正在努力抢修……然后提出的解决方案就是告诉客人有公共浴室可供使用，呵呵，呵呵 -阿拉伯人太多就不多吐槽了，这个片区就是这样的，基本全是阿拉伯人 -入住排队能排半个小时的柜台不知道你们有没有经历过……总之我没有。而且排到之后居然说房间还在打扫中，还需要再半小时。 （我排到柜台的时间是15：30左右，按照这家希尔顿的15：00入住，12：00前面的客人就需要退房，我真的完全不理解它在搞什么，但是我忍了，我傻乎乎的等了半个小时。并且又排队15分钟去领房卡，然后它居然还可以更没有下限……工作人员告诉我，还需要半个小时。等了这么久又疯狂排队，时间已经是16：15左右，我还没有，拿到，房卡。 而且出问题的似乎也并不只是我，很多排队的人都和我一样是在反复排，没有房卡的/要求更换房间的balabala16：30我就直接去排第三次队了，这次没有排很久但是从工作人员长时间的沉默，还有不断拨打座机我就已经反应过来，肯定是我的房间还并没有打扫好。于是我们俩就这样，一个不断看电脑然后打座机，一个傻站着，大约20分钟………………我才，拿到，房卡………………我真的醉了…… -然后就是发现床单竟然是脏床单，发现我就出去找了保洁员反映这个情况要求更换床单，然后她答应得好好的就没有来过？？？扯了床单睡了一晚，然后又出门去了，回来扒拉开被子一看，居然，又把扯了的床单给铺了回来！！！（脏话） （冲下楼到柜台就怒了，要求现在立刻马上更换床单。柜台那边还打着电话说什么保洁员说已经打扫过了，现在他们已经下班了没有办法现在去换。我就实话说床单压根儿就没有换过，搁我这儿扯犊子呢？于是立马就改口说madam我们马上去换。到房间的时候就来了人正在换，一名没有工作制服的男性总之干活也干得很粗糙，纯粹懒得计较了。 （问了该男子这家希尔顿换床单是什么规矩，不是每天一换？他的回答是含糊的说这取决于每一次房客的停留时间。并没有正面回答究竟是几天一次。 非常糟糕的体验真心的，不建议大家订虽然地理位置好。很多问题发生如果不和工作人员对峙就不给你解决，试想带着家人过来玩，回到酒店就是想好好休息结果你提起精神还得操着英语去刚人…………就是坐电梯上下楼再走去大堂也很累啊！！！我佛慈悲我也不是个很能吵的人，能忍总是就忍了，这次破天荒的评论就是为了给大家避雷啊真心的……太雷了真的……希望大家不要订，不要订，不要订……

优点:
缺点: 旅游旺季生意好所以服务差，12：00CHECK IN但等到下午16：00还拿不到房卡，最后拿到房卡却是给的一个刚刚装修完有浓烈刺鼻气味的房间。提出换房申请1小时都没人理，最后几经周折才换到房间，浪费了我们整整半天。
