优点: 地理位置非常好！可以走路到牛津街购物，走路去海德公园、肯辛顿花园。。。。接待我们的前台职员Alex是这次旅行中住过8个酒店中遇到的最好的职员。接待充满热情、不厌其烦非常耐心细心，让我们很感动！酒店的自助早餐品种不多，但品质很高，非常不错！

缺点: 可能因为酒店创建的时间比较早，很多设施都比较老旧。椅子有掉漆和掉色的现象，水龙头很难拧，浴室地板有一块不可清除的黑色污渍。隔音不好，而且一开始并没有提供饮用水和热水壶，直到10点多才按门铃提供了一小瓶饮用水。

缺点: 由于在这家酒店入住了超过10天，所以我更深有体会。酒店前台不专业，乱刷预授权，乱扣费，导致信用卡额度急速减少，我续房两天，总共房费不过660镑，但却划走了2800多镑的预授权？！明明房费含早餐，最后结账时却说只是部分含，那好吧，明码标价清楚记账也行，但却在消费清单中把本应含的餐算作应付款项，如果不仔细看根本无法知晓，找前台屡次核账，他们居然每次打印出来的账单都不一样，一会儿说刚那份账单是错的，一会儿又说一些预授权已经取消了，一会儿又说哦那些取消的预授权已经被确认收取了，前后反复折腾说法不一，最后经理出来当面解释，又拿出了一份不同于之前的消费清单，然后说我们是在预授权上犯了一些错误，之前的消费清单上面的一些消费记录是错误的，我们不会重复收费和多收费，等你信用卡账单正式下来后如果你发现有问题，然后再告诉我们。一句话，财务管理混乱，不规范，乱扣费现象明显。

优点: 在green park对面，地铁公交都方便，到摄政街，特拉法加尔，牛津街都不远。从后门出来走200米左右就到希尔顿，那边大堂有个SIXT租车行，租车还车方便！特别是伦敦周末进城不收拥堵费，周末还车就不用操心了。酒店自带的停车场在后门外，隔了一条小巷，行李什么的得推过去，酒店大堂里有几个台阶，行李大的话稍有不便。房间还算宽敞，拖鞋插在浴衣兜里，半天才找到。有两个电梯，隔着楼梯，得来回盯着，否则等半天都不来。

优点: 在green park对面，地铁公交都方便，到摄政街，特拉法加尔，牛津街都不远。从后门出来走200米左右就到希尔顿，那边大堂有个SIXT租车行，租车还车方便！特别是伦敦周末进城不收拥堵费，周末还车就不用操心了。酒店自带的停车场在后门外，隔了一条小巷，行李什么的得推过去，酒店大堂里有几个台阶，行李大的话稍有不便。房间还算宽敞，拖鞋插在浴衣兜里，半天才找到。有两个电梯，隔着楼梯，得来回盯着，否则等半天都不来。

缺点: 设施有点失望，比较陈旧，说实话这个设施真的配不上价格。而且住了三天。水龙头放出来的水就是滑滑的，像是肥皂水洗不干净的那种。还没有我们在康沃尔住的民宿干净。

缺点: 沙发床真的需要改进一下。一个人睡很宽松，两个人不可能。可有时候，的确需要两个人睡沙发床的。既然房间面积够大，也提供沙发床，为什么不干脆给一个140cm的沙发床呢？
