缺点: 1）不知道为什么有很多入住酒店的穿黑大褂的中东人，打开电视还有很多中东电视台的频道。这些人倒是没有冒犯其他人的意思。但，身上特有的气味和黑色穿着着实让人感觉不太舒服，每次他们进入电梯或走过的地方，孩子们都说很“臭”，其实是一种香味，但不是所有人都喜欢的香味。我没有歧视的意思，只是说出自己和家人的真实想法。2）枕头不是很舒服，一个太矮，两个又太高。可能是我在外住宿对于枕头比较挑。

缺点: 订的家庭房，要求三张单床，第一晚没有，只能住一大床和一小床的房间，第二天有房了，酒店帮我搬行李从一个房间到另一房间，结果，依然是一大床和一小床，闹不懂酒店工作人员怎么交接的，要求把一大床分成两小床，答应了20分钟后，结果，无果，还发现把我们自己的两毛巾搬到不见了，沟通之后，前台人员郑重回答，明天，OK？自然，我们同意。可是，到了明天，没有反应，后天依然没有，再次问前台，前台另外一个工作人员拿笔记在纸上了，意思要去跟踪这个事情。可是，直到5天时间住满，没有反应。这次旅行最不让人满意的酒店！性价比最低的酒店！

缺点: 预定的单人间，房间确实比较偏小，浴室就更小了，不太适合身材高大的人入住。然后酒店的电梯很小，很小，很小，铭牌上写着只能承载5个人，400kg，2个人加2个箱子基本就满了。然后酒店的早餐everyday都一样啊，我住了3天，早餐是一样的。

缺点: 房间很小，有股装修味。浴室的门竟然是坏的，还好影响不大。从大厅到酒店就像走了一段迷宫，且过道狭窄，行李太大会很不方便。

缺点: 我们的房间在地下一层，有一些闷。当然我们理解这是寸土寸金的伦敦，但作为游客还是希望房间能够有良好的通风和阳光。

缺点: 根本就不叫早餐，还不如说不提供，就2块面包，还有特别难喝的咖啡，还有果汁把，其他的就是明明让客人11点就要退房，确让我们等到15：30才让入住，真是不能理解。
