缺点: 我的房间是面向马路的，稍微有点吵。 清洁服务是每隔一天提供，内容就是更换毛巾和整理床铺，但是地板除尘是不做的，因为住得比较久，所以地上会积灰，最后几天觉得房间有点脏。 学生宿舍有公用的厨房，但放在冰箱里的食物可能会被别人拿走，很介意的话还是不要放，虽然东西不贵，但是发现没有的时候心里多少有点不舒服。 有免费的WiFi，但是经常会断，速度还行。

缺点: 我预定的是一间双人房，给了一间很小的单人间，由于靠马路，伦敦人开车野的一踏糊涂，车子声音很响又快，晚上塞耳塞睡觉的，那边的小宾馆都没电梯不方便。

缺点: 楼梯太窄楼层太高，搬箱子不太方便。设施比较旧了，三人间房间太小了而且在最高层，公用卫生间。离市中心比较远，附近没什么好吃的。

缺点: 我订的是24平方的三人间，他没有在酒店那栋楼，需要自己在酒店前台拿了钥匙后，前台给你个地图，你自己根据地图，再走三到五分钟才能到，而且退房的时候需要自己把钥匙送回酒店前台。而且那个房子没有电梯，我住在二楼，需要自己拖两个大箱子上去。这点真的很不好。

缺点: 分给我们一间地下室？？！和图片完全不符。第一次知道地下室还能做酒店房间。一进门有一股刺鼻的霉味，很潮湿，窗户不能通风。老人小孩咳嗽了一晚上。卫生间厕纸都发潮了。旁边就是厨房，7点就被吵醒。非常不满意。没有人帮我们搬行李，楼梯也很陡。

优点: 前台人很好，前台24小时有人，离地铁站步行十分钟左右，楼下有餐厅，虽然厕所是公共的，但很干净。
缺点: 没有独立卫浴，只有一个公共的，但前台说有的房间是有的，所以订的时候需要仔细看介绍，我一直以为独立卫浴是标配。周五晚上的时候一楼酒吧唱歌到十点，住在二楼很吵。没有电梯。
