缺点: 我提前将近一个月预定了标准双人间，结果到达之后通知我预定的房型没有了，说第二天可以帮我换房。我进入房间之后发现是残疾人间，房间设置根本不适合一般游客，洗澡水很小，也不够热，经过长途飞行之后连一个热水澡都洗不了，双人床只有一米五大小，和妈妈睡一起很不宽裕。我找到前台反映情况，前台也只是各种推脱。无奈等到第二天换房，发现给我们一个双人床一个沙发床，没有空间放行李，于是我又找到前台沟通，要求把沙发床取消，结果前台态度恶劣，认为我们换房的初衷就是因为第一个房间不是两张床，并且不承诺帮我们取消沙发床。而我之前已经对此解释，换房的原因是房型与我预定的不符合。而且第二个房间空调失效，洗手台没有热水，但我已经被弄的心累，不想再去跟前台沟通了。总之酒店非常不诚信，也无法有效沟通，维护状况不佳，丝毫不为旅客考虑，不推荐入住。

优点: 房间超大超干净，卫生间里是那种无障碍设施齐全 大床超舒服，价格实惠，房间里的灯都是床边控制屏幕，是我全程比较经济的酒店里最舒适的，所以下一程伦敦的4日居住，都选择了克莱顿。 这里距离车站还是有点距离，街道上并不是坦途，有重行李还是要走得略辛苦。 Wi-Fi并不需要密码，这是走了那么多地方较大的感受，很多火车或者城市都是需要注册登陆，对游客并不友好，而这里真让人惊喜

缺点: 这里的办理入住和退房必须要规定时间才行。太恶心了。就算入住需要到规定时间就算了，但是退房还必须到两点才行？？如果真的有事情还走不了了？而且我住的套房有冰箱，但是行政房就没有。有些员工英文水平太差了，每次拿洗浴用品的时候不是少了洗发露就是缺了沐浴露的，而且每次牌子都不同。。也不知道是怎么回事。空调噪音太大了，就和室外机在屋里一样。毛巾也不干净。最主要的是每个房间的插座设计的真的反人类！！

优点: 酒店很新，但是距离city center还是有一定距离的，我们自己开车，所以还好。
缺点: 预订的时候，是按两大两小预订的，可是酒店还是按两个大人安排了房间，床垫真的不懂是什么问题，旁边严重倾斜下陷，督促了两次，才给换了一间房，可是问题同样存在，飞了20多个小时加开车，真心不想折腾了，就这样吧。

缺点: 像是上个世纪七八十年代改建的酒店，房间有重新装修的痕迹，但是感觉也不是特别的感觉，总有点怪怪的感觉。虽然感觉是在伯明翰的市中心的，但是周围和市中心恰好隔了一片区域正在建设，所以其实位置很尴尬。前台没有雨伞，也不是很配合客人的要切。对亚洲人说话不是很爱笑。
