优点： I liked nothing I went there and they said my booking through Kayak was not valid so I got no car
缺点： Yes, to do what they say which they did not do I walked out with out a car, they had no car for me

优点： The rental car I got was to small and they gave me a bigger suv. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
