优点: 别墅位置就在海滩边上，这点不错。二楼的阳台房间小巧可爱，视野很好。早餐很好吃，房间设施也比较全。服务人员态度也很不错。总之达到了一个豪华酒店基本水准
缺点: 从如此高价钱来看，酒店不足的地方还是比较多的。 我们到了酒店第一天碰上了台风天气，别墅外面的照明灯以及泳池的灯坏掉了，但是我们多次催促，直到我们临走的倒数第二天酒店才派人才将其修好。至于外面沙滩椅的垫子就更惨了，甚至到最后一天都没有更换。 另一方面，酒店在事情的确认上也有很大的问题。我们在酒店咨询到的直升飞机价钱和我们实际乘坐的价钱相差了一千多。我们预订的spa在第二天发现并没有被确认预订（感谢Joanne的帮助才使我们能够临走前体验四季的水疗）。我们预订去下一家酒店的车也被告知“没有最终确认”，只得自行打车过去。 这样的事情体现在酒店服务的各个细节上，总之就是反应不够及时、准确、清晰。即使态度够好，迟到的服务又有什么意义呢？希望在以后的时间里能酒店在服务方面能有所改善，毕竟下次我还是会选择这里 :)

缺点: 因为我们到了是凌晨一点左右了，老板在酒店外面等我们，先入住第二天再办入住比较人性化，第二天吃完早餐后办入住说不让我们住了，要我们另找地方，我们订了3天而已付了全部房费，后来再三和他们勾通才同意继续让我们住，说不提供小孩子早餐才可以住，特别是很胖的老板娘态度特别不好，。

缺点: 订了4晚两个房间，吐槽的地方太多 1.早餐每天只有面包，酸奶.果汁和蛋糕，每天都差不多没什么变化. 2.房间隔音差，能清晰听到楼上的脚步声和排水管道排水声音，而且机场在附近起飞降落都有声音 3.一楼很潮湿，房间里有蟑螂也就算了，居然还有老鼠从房梁上走过！ 4.wifi很慢 毛巾破旧....... 5.房间到前台石头路，退房行李箱只能自己拎着去前台！

缺点: 房间的设备还是比较简单陈旧，用的毛巾和浴巾是每天不更换的，泳池不太干净，作为保持南洋老房子的前提下内部设施可以现代化点性价比就高了，另外如果住一定要住2楼，因为楼层地板在走路的时候会有一定响声，楼下的房间会很吵。早饭其实不错，蛋糕面包酸奶牛奶，就是能来点火腿片之类的咸口就好，太美式，太甜了，我们都是下午回来做下午茶喝
