优点： My reservation was at 4 p.m. got there at 3 p.m. Was told to wait till that there was a car coming back at 4 p.m. So i waited only to find it was a lie. The attended had gone home. There was no cars available at all. The attended names was Ciprano. Worst customer service ever..
