缺点: 到达房间，里面有两瓶酒店提供的矿泉水，可惜有一瓶服务生忘记换了，还是前客人留下的，开过喝了一般，就放在床旁边，之后我们打电话向前台反应，也没有人过来补发一瓶，直到我们离开。希望酒店以后不要出现这种情况，祝其他的游客入住愉快。

优点: 给免费升级到了dustin hoffmann套房，是一个big surprise；房间里还赠送了一瓶香槟和一个蛋糕，是第二个surprise（不过我们不喝酒没拿）；房间正对着多维尔的海滩，晚上在房间里欣赏到了一场壮观的国庆节音乐烟花表演，是第三个surprise。至于服务就不说了，非常非常好，我们已经办完退房手续准备开车离开了，前台突然拦住我们说我们遗留了东西在房间里，让我们去拿，果然是儿子的ipad忘了。等我们回到前台还卡时，前台还特意问我们是否东西拿到了，让人感觉很温暖。
