缺点: 每天一小瓶水不够喝，气泡水不喜欢。酒店位置就在大广场附近，稍微有点儿吵。去火车站的路是石头路，拖行李不太方便。

缺点: 我们一家俩大俩小，不愿分开住，定了大型双人间，提前了很久申请加床，没有回复，所以一直认为没有问题。直到当天才回复我们说不能接受四人住一屋，我以为房间很小加不了床，到了酒店说服我们 又加了一间小标间，他们的客气劲让我相信他们给了我一些优惠，等结账时，原先房间订单加税费约781.22欧元却让我消费了1555.70欧元，整整多了一倍，如果提前回复我，我可以选择其他酒店啊！最后我看了我原先订的房间足够大，床也足够大，还有大沙发，完全可以容纳我们。最后还搞得我们两个房间来回跑，很不方便。如果从经济角度也该给我们换两间标间，荷兰、比利时都很会赚钱，感觉没有人性化的体贴。超级不满意。

优点: 酒店位置在大广场和撒尿小童之间，出行方便，前台接待环环相扣，属国际五星的水准，服务超棒！房间软装雅致，设施很好，床软硬度对我们而言刚好。卫浴间面积很大，宽松舒适，淋浴龙头出水很好，特别满意！会把酒店推荐给朋友们！

缺点: 一下车居然没有Bell boy，还要自己拿行李。去过很多四星都有bell boy的啊！最不满就是问酒店的人拿多一盒纸巾都不行，还问我为什么要拿纸巾盒，态度极差。还每天算我用了多少，电话里接电话的人态度真的很差很差！这是我这次入住酒店最糟糕的一次。原来以为万豪旗下的四星酒店才选的。有其他五星级酒店都不选就是因为相信万豪的牌子，没想到万豪四星的服务态度居然如此！洗手间小得不得了，像在火车上用厕所的感觉。床上有横梁，睡觉不舒服！我已经是选30平方的了，床就对着门口，格局真不好。外面很吵，不隔音，窗对着写字楼，没什么私隐。早餐更是过份，9月3日星期一吃早餐遇到一个服务员态度极差，没到点就立刻把东西收起来，收得极快，这早餐好像我没付钱似的！这里感觉很差劲，下次不会再考虑入住这酒店，我也不会介绍我的朋友住这家酒店的！没必要给钱买难受！

优点: 房间里面的mini bar饮料是免费的，房间虽然不大但是空间设计合理，10楼以上的楼层风景会比较好，门口有停车场和加油站，比较适合自驾游住客，酒店后面有个小花园可以步行通往市中心能近不少但是晚上会关门。
缺点: check in 的时候黑人女士冷漠的poker face，作为服务行业这是不应该的，按照酒店规定下午3点以前check in 会让你签一个协议，这个是例行公事，不会真的按照单子上面的价格收费。

优点: 由于酒店前面封路建设，自驾的我们兜了一圈还是我们无法找到进口，因此致电给礼宾部，他非常热情说估计通过电话很难说清楚。所以达成一致，我到酒店附近下车走到酒店在带上他的员工上我们的车带路。之后一切都是妥妥的！服务员都非常热情！

优点: 工作人员的态度非常友好。 我的手链落在了房间，在我快离开比利时的时候打电话给酒店，回到酒店，打扫卫生的工作人员陪着我回到房间一起找到了，特别贴心。每一个工作人员都非常棒！

缺点: 酒店原则上不提供拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，但这感觉是欧洲酒店的通病，习惯就好。

优点: 太差了、我入住的房间很小、没有烧水壶、床单真的不干净、我睡完之后第二天浑身痒、只要露出的皮肤与床单接触的都很痒、洗洁用品真的只有洗发液和沐浴乳、其他就没了、完全不能担当五星、我有史以来住的最差的五星酒店了。我订了三晚结果过去他们只显示一晚、另外俩晚要下楼重新刷卡。真的、住过的最差的五星酒店。

缺点: 早餐很贵，而且不好吃，对亚洲人几乎没有服务。还把价格算错了。花了一天还不纠正。还让客户自己解决问题。绝对差评。

优点: 1895年的酒店，进门的感觉很好，包括前台，电梯给人的历史感很强。员工也挺不错。酒店位置很好，3.4号线出站上楼就是。但是，可能是因为年代久远，也不知道上一次翻新是什么时候，房间的味道异常难闻，不知道是不是霉味，另外所有的用品都很陈旧。

缺点: 早餐价格两套标准。前台和餐厅说法不一致，让顾客自己解决。花了一天的时间都没解决。本来就多少收了，需要调整，结果越调越高。

优点: 物超所值的一次体验。酒店就在布鲁塞尔老城区，出门就是步行街。1895年的建筑，但是一点都不显陈旧，却有着浓厚的文化沉淀。 各方面的设施都很方便，门口不能打车，但是只要步行1分钟，走到旁边的道路就可以打到车。
