缺点: 100%确定落在shuttle bus上的一件外套居然找不回来，且是回酒店！

缺点: 还是要说回地理位置，开罗机场对酒店到达的标示并不是很清楚，而且机场内部也比较难走，如果不是T3下来，需要走很多路才能到酒店，我们凌晨1:00到的，摆渡车没有了，结果在外面绕了很大一圈 我的房间没有热水，太晚了不高兴再搞了，但是出现在SPG不可思议

优点: 这里的老板真的很nice，很实在，因为只有一间房了，朋友订在了旁边的view酒店，接机费用这家只要12美金，朋友那家要20，而且这家的早餐相当丰富，现做的热食，朋友那家都是冷的。只是阳台上金字塔的景观朋友那家稍稍好一点。

优点: 酒店位置很棒，房间虽然不大但整洁干净空调足，最重要的是酒店过街就是金字塔，房间窗户和顶楼平台就正对狮身人面像，三个金字搭一字排开就在眼前。主人泡上了红茶，可以喝茶观赏日落。太阳落在地平线下时，主人又端上了丰盛的食物，为斋月中的客人免费提供。

缺点: 走廊里都是烟味，非常差！每天不同岗位的员工敲门，跟查岗似的，影响心情。也不给分配个位置好一点的房间，三层的房间，窗户外面都是一些破破烂烂的居民区，根本看不到尼罗河，夜景更别提了。位置不好，不是在市区，打车司机有时候停不对位置，有时门口外，有时酒店门口，坑。价格每晚合计170-180美金，总体而言，性价比相当低了，再不会住这家了。

优点: 地理位置很方便，旁边就是尼罗河商场（一个很小的三层楼的商场，但好在有星巴克）。酒店很现代化，酒店房间里还能看尼罗河景色，叫Uber也很方便。
缺点: Check in时大堂的男服务员真真的是不知道谁欠他钱了一样一直板着脸，脸黑得不得了。让人入住第一体验特别差。 顶楼的泳池风景不错，但是真的有点脏，护栏围住的厚胶帘子也是脏得没个五星级酒店的样儿。

优点: 地理位置不错，尼罗河东岸，早餐丰盛，服务非常细致友好。最佳的是旁边就是商场，-1楼相通，方便购物买辛巴克喝。泳池是温水的，落地的玻璃窗，内部有两家餐厅分别提供埃及餐和意大利餐。
缺点: 杯子不干净，卫浴有点点旧。酒店安排的接机和包车有点贵是市面价的四五倍。

缺点: 酒店设计与设施非常像70年代的赌场，老气横秋。客房直接是拉的玻璃门，对着泳池，隔音不好，门锁也简陋。若不是还算是个挂牌五星级，真是为自己睡觉时的安全性堪忧。酒店有免费机场巴士，每一小时一班，要提前预约。

优点: 这家酒店真的是非常不错，员工热情周到，设施精良，早餐也是水准之上，尤其是我们在早上六点半要去机场，而早餐是六点半才开始，跟餐厅经理试着问了是否可以带几个面包在路上吃，结果经理二话不说就让我们那天早上六点十五就来先吃，餐厅到时候就准备好。当时真的很感动，谢谢。至于另一个特色就是地理位置绝佳，从后门出去溜达着就能到开罗博物馆，正门是著名的解放广场，酒店离开尼罗河也很近，打个比方就是相当是位于上海的人民广场旁边、北京的故宫对面。尤其如果在酒店包车去景点，也是很讲道理的价格，并且司机服务超好。这家酒店真心推荐。

缺点: 前台服务很冷淡，我们是凌晨两点check in的，假惺惺的说给升级河景房，直到睡下的那刻，才发现是一个巨大的坑！房间号2514，房间挨着一排电梯，一晚上就像打雷一般！真的难以入睡！这还不是最坑的，最坑的是，booking订房的时候是含早餐的，也没在意确认单，结果第二天被要求付早餐，钱不多，但是真的是陷阱，大家请注意。陷阱三:订房的时候114美金，加税154美金，结果不含早餐。找前台理论，态度也是极其差，感觉中国人真的被歧视，一千多住个破洲际，体验了一晚上的电梯声，真的是这辈子住过的最差酒店。亏得我还是海龟，自问英语表达能力并不差，尚且如此，真的不敢相信他们是如何对国人同胞的。呵呵！
