入住办理快捷，退房快捷，房间打扫认真。二楼有大面积公共休息空间。离骡马市地铁站非常近，房费便宜。
大床房房间小，设备破旧，没有凳子。热水不定时才有。窗台与隔壁房间连接，中间还有个洞，窗户有一扇反锁坏的，门的反锁也坏。
