缺点: 1、我们9月底入住，房间已经冷得吸人了，空调只能制冷，不能制热，一定要主动找服务人员要电暖气。 2、日内瓦对游客有免费乘坐市内交通的政策，每家酒店都会提供乘车通卡给游客，我们入住时是两个人，只给了一张，而且是放在房卡的卡套里的，没有主动提示我们，我们不知道，后来主动询问才告知，并且补上了另一张给我们。

缺点: 我们当时是自驾游，酒店前台告知我们车子可以停在后面的停车场，等第二天办理退房时，告知我们加了30欧元的停车费，之前前台没有和我们说过停车要交停车费，而且是这样高价格的费用（要知道走几步的地方可以完全免费停车，而且我们当地有朋友可以帮我们将车开走），退房时就是坚持要我们交停车费，交涉了很久减了一半，交了15欧，但也让人心里很不愉快。至少酒店要提前告知我们，而不是事后直接加到房费里。
