酒店地理位置特别好，步行几分钟就有百货公司，还有类似纽约SOHO区的购物中心，很有柏林自己的味道。
房间小。不提供拖鞋。洗头和洗澡的沐浴品是一样的。洗手池小，洗个脸水溅得到处都是。最不满意的是，酒店存行李的服务要每个行李收2欧元。这家在BOOKING上市标榜4星的酒店，住客存行李本该在服务之内，酒店却堂而皇之的收费。不是说心疼那几块钱小费，去过那么多的国家，还真没有见过这家酒店这么不讲道理。服务存行李的服务生也面无表情的，一再坚持这是酒店的政策。哎
