员工训练有素，英语沟通顺畅，房间很大很舒服，每天打扫的很干净，早餐品种丰富，每天会更换一些品种，而且会征求客人意见。地理位置佳，离还剑湖步行7分钟。
作为五星级酒店，游泳池有点陈旧，池底有一点杂物，没有员工及时服务和补充浴巾。
