缺点: 1、作为五星级酒店，淋浴房密封不好，水会流出来，而且卫生间没有通风装置，如果泡完澡，再洗澡，一个流程下来，会很闷，有些呼吸困难。 2、入住时，前台人员带我们来到房间介绍，介绍到免费赠饮时，我们房间只有一瓶水，这位工作人员找了一下，确认没有第二瓶水后就离开了，我们也有付小费，只是当天再没有工作人员给我们补齐第二瓶水了，我们还以为这房间就赠一瓶呢，直到第二天的保洁人员进屋打扫，才看到是要提供两瓶水的，虽然这对于我们不重要，只是侧面反映出一些服务细节还不够到位。

缺点: 不知道是否因为我的亚洲人外貌让个别员工对我态度很不好。因为出差的缘故，到达酒店的时候已经比较晚了，办理入住的前台十分友好，还给我升级了房间。半夜的时候下楼抽根烟，前台换了一男一女，看我的眼神很奇怪，那个女的还跟着跑出来到门口看看我在干嘛。第二天早上因为一大早有个电话会议，所以耽误了早餐时间，想到餐厅喝杯咖啡就算了。结果正在喝咖啡的时候一位年纪比较大的西方男士出来很不友好的告诉我，早餐还有两分钟结束了，意思是为什么你这么不准时，赶我走。我跟他说不是还有两分钟结束么？我喝一杯咖啡就离开了。他很不友好的跟我说：“嗨！你需要知道你现在是在瑞士哈，需要准时。”对于他这种带有种族歧视的言辞，我当时真的气得什么话都说不出来了。

缺点: 在booking付款之后，还需要在酒店付city tax。床和枕头非常不舒服，无法入睡。员工态度差。员工清洁房间不敲门！一天是早晨10点，一天是下午3点，直接进房间，非常恐怖！
