优点: 已经是第3次入住了。位置极佳，感谢酒店特地安排了面向广场的房间。出门走几步就是地标景点，多家人气餐厅也在步行距离内。入住期间正赶上纽伦堡广场露天音乐节，本来还担心会吵，不过体验之后却有意外惊喜。每晚表演的乐队相当具有水准，音乐也很前卫。主办方每天安排音乐会于十点半左右结束，也可谓非常有心的照顾到了酒店住客的休息，强烈点赞！早餐方面今年的价格调整到了12欧，不过质量还是很不错，品种齐全。

缺点: 入住第二天，发生了一件令我们略有不快的事件。下午我与前台接待商量一些预订衔接环节，太太和女儿坐在酒店外面的露天座位等待。不料遭到一德籍老妇服务员驱赶，言辞生硬态度极差。也许对方会强调，这些座位是为客人点单消费预留的。对此我们有两点回应：1）对于住店客人，服务员应该改用和蔼态度。而且，当客人起身离开返回酒店内部时，该德籍老妇服务员摆出不依不饶的态度紧追上来。最后确认了是住店客人却仍然不予道歉！2）发现那些露天座位餐台上留有麦当劳标志的饮料杯。我们不免想问，难道这些过客就无人管理？？是否中间存有双重标准？？仍然相信该次事件仅提示个别酒店人员素质不高，不应该影响我们对酒店的整体印象。毕竟已经是历年来第三次入住了，始终之前酒店给我们留下了非常好的印象和回忆。

优点: 酒店的几个前台都非常热情周到，其中一个白班的女孩，很详细的为我们规划去罗腾堡的火车线路，还介绍附近性价比高的餐厅，很赞。酒店在老城的北端，离皇帝堡和丢勒故居走路2-3分钟，离丢勒餐厅半分钟不到的路程，离中心广场4-5分钟路程，到老城内的所有景点都非常方便。酒店有免费泳池和桑拿。退房的时候前台的绅士还礼貌的提醒我们可以帮我们叫车，因为老城的石板路拉着行李并不好走，很体贴。非常满意的住宿体验。

缺点: 房间比较小，位置在老城的北端，所以非常靠近皇帝堡和丢勒故居，所以离火车站有一定距离，走路要15-20分钟，公共交通并不方便。整个老城没有什么超市或便利店，如果赶上周日，只能去火车站的超市购买水和其他必需品。

优点: 酒店地理位置闹中取静，整体环境舒适。客房一尘不满，早餐非常好。

优点: 服务生非常nice

缺点: 酒店提供的停车位因为是立体车库，所以稍微大一点的车都没办法停，外面是老街区，非节假日8-20需要买停车票。房间和对面住宅离得非～常近，这么热的天，没有空调，开着窗子非常尴尬。卫生间很陈旧，提供的白色毛巾灰灰的。

优点: 酒店在景区很近的地方，游玩很方便，房间面积不算大，也干净整洁。

缺点: 我们的车超过1.2米，听不进酒店的室内停车场，只能停在附近的大型停车场里，一晚上停车费16欧元。
