About our home: Our Newport Beach condo is a cozy quaint beach cottage and is the back house of the property. This house was not set up as a rental, but was initially our vacation home. The furnishings are new and purchased from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. It features two good-sized bedrooms, one master with a king and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin trundle beds. There is a second bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. This a tri-level condo (there are two flights of stairs) with the garage/carport on the main level, the bedrooms/bathrooms on the second, and the main living area with kitchen is on the third floor. We also have a small rooftop deck with a sectional outdoor couch and gas grill off of the main living area. The condo has plenty of natural light as the kitchen roof is made up of skylights. Location: We love our location! Our condo is located just two blocks from the beach and walking distance to the grocery store. We are close to great restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports and activities. How to get here by plane: It’s really easy to get to our condo. Fly into John Wayne airport (Santa Ana) and take a 10-15 minute Uber drive right to the condo! You can get almost anywhere walking, biking or just a short Uber drive away. There is a one car small carport available, if you are renting a car or driving, however a car is not needed! What we provide: We provide all linens, blankets, bath towels, kitchen necessities, including a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs (4) and boogie boards (4) available to use during your stay.
