缺点: 定了三天 只住一天 门卡不能用 出门回房得叫柜台人员帮忙开门 到了第二天还是一样，跟柜台的人员反映竟然说没影响你们休息就好了。什么话 直接退房了

缺点: 如果住的是多人间的话，卫生间和淋浴房在外面，天冷并不适合。 到青旅是晚上九点左右，找淋浴房和卫生间好久，并不是每个庭院都有一个卫生间，这个不方便，所以临时加钱住了普通标间

缺点: 卫生条件太差，前台会提供一套枕套和床单被套，但是被单下面很脏，好多头发。并且有一晚住宿被不知道是跳蚤还是臭虫咬了，非常痒，过了一周还是很痒。这点严重差评。

优点: 那里的叔叔、阿姨、哥哥、姐姐们都很热情，大家都对我们温文有礼，为我们服务得很周到。那里让我们有家的感觉，大家都和乐融融地在一起聊天，气氛特别融洽。尽管我们之在那里停留了几个小时，但那里真的给我们带来很多美好的回忆。一开始踏进旅舍里，大家都很热情地欢迎我们，还为我们倒水，请我们坐下。由于我们的行李都挺多的，而且还有老人，他们愿意放下自己手头上的工作，帮我们拿行李和扶老人家上楼，这些简单而伟大的举动令我们印象深刻。在临走之前，他们会出来送我们，跟我们合照和道别。他们的热情和服务态度让我们很开心，非常感恩有机会遇见他们。此外，旅社位于城墙的隔壁，乘搭出租车几分钟就可以到达书院门。不仅如此，旅舍的设计很精致，大厅中间有个小池塘，虽然旅舍不会太大，但是很舒适、漂亮、干净、温暖，很有家的感觉。要是我有朋友要到西安旅行，我一定会给他们推荐这家旅舍。我们非常感恩能够遇见他们。

缺点: 客栈一楼是酒吧，晚上太吵了，酒吧的人还有客栈的工作人员完全不管深夜歌声对楼上的影响，音响声音很大，楼上完全无法睡觉，并且常常持续到夜里将近两点，非常影响睡眠。房间打扫的也不是太干净，前面客人留下的烟头烟灰都在地上。卫生间热水太小，晚上太晚了后，热水似乎就没了。
