缺点: 楼道里的制冰机噪声巨大，房间里都能听到。 房间里的空调不能制热，工程师来修理也没有解决。 房间屋顶漏水，工程师来修理也没有解决。 房间里桌子底下有一个金属的瓶盖，我住宿进来时就在那里，第三天早晨走的时候，看到还在那里！
