客服态度蛮好的。硬件设施就另说了
1，入住的时候问东西放房间里安全吗，说很安全，第二天出门发现门锁不管用，谁都能推门进来。？？？2，洗手池堵，水流稍微一大池子就满水，洗个脸溅一身，报修也没用，走的时候还那样。3，毛巾真挺脏的，不知道用了有多久，室内灰尘也是。。。
