Cost was much more than expected

优点： The rental, although bigger than what I had reserved, was in good condition and fairly clean on the inside. The shuttle at the airport upon arrival was very prompt and ready to take us to the location as soon as we arrived.

缺点： I was told by the gentleman at the counter that I had to pay a mandatory $144 liability fee. When I inquired as to why it was mandatory he said it was just mandatory. Seeing as I didn’t have another option for car rentals and I was traveling w my infant, it was not easy for me to inquire at other locations re the “mandatory” fee. So I ended up paying way more than I had anticipated. I also reserved a convertible car seat but all they had was a very old and dirty infant car seat.

I never felt comfortable renting from them

优点： The vehicle was economic

缺点： I reserved a minivan and they offered me a 15 seater bus. Ended up taking a 12 seater. Dirty, the car wasn’t in the greatest shape inside or mechanical, missing rear window wiper, ignition key would jam sometimes. They attempted to have me sign a document right of the bat where I was acknowledging damage done to the car claiming that all the details will be filled in just in case something happened tonthe car. Ended up paying more for insurance than what was shown on the website.

Die Kosten waren viel mehr als erwartet

优点： Die Miete war zwar größer als die, die ich reserviert hatte, aber in gutem Zustand und innen ziemlich sauber. Der Shuttlebus am Flughafen bei der Ankunft war sehr schnell und bereit, uns zum Hotel zu bringen, sobald wir ankamen.

缺点： Mir wurde vom Gentleman an der Theke gesagt, dass ich eine obligatorische Haftpflichtgebühr in Höhe von 144 US-Dollar zahlen musste. Als ich nachfragte, warum es verpflichtend war, sagte er, es sei nur Pflicht. Da ich keine andere Mietoption hatte und mit meinem Kleinkind unterwegs war, war es für mich nicht einfach, an anderen Orten die "obligatorische" Gebühr zu erfragen. Also habe ich mehr bezahlt, als ich erwartet hatte. Ich reservierte auch einen wandelbaren Autositz, aber alles, was sie hatten, war ein sehr alter und schmutziger Autositz für Kleinkinder.

Ich fühlte mich nie wohl, von ihnen zu mieten

缺点： Ich reservierte einen Kleinbus und sie boten mir einen 15-Sitzer-Bus an. Ich nahm am Ende einen 12-Sitzer. Schmutzig, das Auto war nicht in der größten Form innen oder mechanisch, fehlende Heckscheibenwischer, Zündschlüssel staus manchmal. Sie haben versucht, mich ein Dokument rechts vom Schläger unterschreiben zu lassen, in dem ich den Schaden angab, der am Auto gemacht wurde und behauptete, dass alle Details ausgefüllt werden, nur wenn etwas passiert ist, das das Auto tönt. Hat am Ende mehr für die Versicherung bezahlt als auf der Website gezeigt.
