缺点: B1儿童游乐区，有部分区域有厕所异味。客房打扫服务不即时，我外出白果树餐厅用餐前找服务员要客房打扫，等我们回后发现还在打扫。我们的用餐时间非常长，所以非常不满意。整体员工的反映时效不是很即时（例：要两双筷子，浴巾，浴衣等等）。酒店介绍是室内外泳池，而到达酒店后得知室内泳池不能使用，这点有些失望，为何不提前做个说明。

缺点: 酒店的工作人员态度差到一个程度！！！完全同酒店级别不匹配。从入住开始，我们两个人晚上11点多入住的，进了大门没人打招呼，前台两个柜台，不知道哪一个是办理入住的，我们随便选了一个办理入住。办理入住过程中前台人员问一句答一句，不主动做解释说明。入住酒店后感觉酒店设施很一般。床上用品隐约感到潮湿，睡得很不舒服。早餐在西餐厅就餐时，我一个孕妇还要为工作人员让路（让路本没什么，只是对方的态度让人不愉快），餐厅工作人员有几组都在聊天（或许在谈业务），但不会关照客人。退房时，由于没有搞清楚房费，我们向工作人员询问了几句，之后默默在柜台前站了一会儿，半天工作人员才说，已经办完了。接着马上喊下一位退房的客人。客人从我和我妈妈中间挤过来，让我们很错愕，因为当时我们的证件、钱包还摊在前台上，都没收拾。我们很无奈得被挤走。我们立刻对办理退房的工作人员提出不满时，对方完全不理睬。我们找到礼宾部管行李的服务人员要求找大堂经理反应入住的种种不愉快，竟然被告知刚才帮我们办理退房的工作人员就是大堂经理！！！不知道这位女经理是不是有什么特别的私人情况，行事作风居然像未培训过的新员工。我是刚从澳洲回国探亲的，在国内外常常住酒店，都会是受欢迎的客人，不是爱挑毛病的。因为怀孕，出门在外都是礼让他人，没想到在喜来登会遇到这种服务。我们预定了几天后的住宿，现在考虑要不要取消，我们也会联系喜来登客服反应情况，希望能够得到回复。我们选择喜来登就是看中喜来登的品质，不希望有额外的麻烦。在这里反应工作人员的情况也是希望酒店越来越好，给客人提供应有的服务。从来都是给全5星好评的，第一次在公共平台上写下这么长的评论，希望喜来登管理人员能够引起重视。

缺点: 几个月前住过，感觉还可以用，这次一家再次入住，老五星，智能马桶盖居然有的房间有，有的没有（上次入住有，这次没有不理解。）入住时就提前提供开发票资料，退房换班后的服务员又再次要求重新提供。枕头高度也不是很舒适，还远不及南方的四星级酒店的服务管理，方方面面让人感觉入家般的温暖。

缺点: 餐具的卫生清洁方面再细心一些就更完美了，一点小小的建议。

优点: 工作人员特别热情，入住前还打电话询问提醒。房间整体很干净，热水特别充足，隔音效果也好。每天都有清洁和整理房间。因为是家庭出行，之前在民宿和快捷之间选择，最后看很多都说民宿的卫生还是差点就选了这家。整体体验非常好
缺点: 因为是商业区，每次回来稍微有点堵车不是特别方便。

优点: 预定的高级大床房到达酒店办理入住时被告知升级为行政大床房，这点还是挺惊喜的。房间环境、舒适度、细节方面还是较满意的，下次还会考虑再次入住
缺点: 在预定时就已留言标注晚班飞机需要接机服务，结果下了飞机发现班车没有到，给酒店打了电话等了一小会儿班车就来了，虽说也不是什么大问题，但感觉这方面的沟通和确认还可以再加强一些。
