缺点: 当地时间2018年12月12日入住，16日上午10点退房。退房时，前台接待人员不提供纸质账单，我们用现金支付了城市税8.8欧元。当天下午2点又收到信用卡信息，酒店又扣款8.8欧元，对于重复扣款，酒店说法是只查到银行扣款，查不到现金支付，明显是前台人员有问题，没有入账。
