缺点: 我不知道这家酒店如何评上5星级？最多设施就是准四星，酒店入住时门卫连大门也不管拉开，行李也不管拿，酒店一片漆黑，理解是因为特殊时期关闭，但房价900元一晚不便宜，任何服务也没有，清洁工也不主动搞卫生，换了几条毛巾说有需要再叫她们，我实在不能给好的评语了

缺点: 我们住的房型衣柜有点小，有一小块空地不知道是干嘛用的，可能是为了方便远道而来的住客平铺行李箱，不过建议酒店可以利用这块空地做一些设计，房间应该会看起来更完美。

优点: 我预定的房型和得到的房型完全是天地之差别，入住房间设施特别是洗手间好像30年前北京的酒店。 本来是选择地点方便房间里舒服的却好像招待所一样。我要投诉索赔。
缺点: 预定含双早，入住前台说没有。电话缤客说可以再确认到前台，前台依然说不含，但可以解决为我们免费提供。问题在哪？我特别多花钱订含双早。钱呢？

优点: 地理位置很好
缺点: 装修陈旧，且窗户锁死无法打开，空气循环很差。住了四晚，心情比较糟糕。门把手轻易也不太好关上，需要反复确认。楼上有装修的声音，上午施工无法睡懒觉
