缺点: 感觉员工不诚实。订的豪华房，一开始给的是公寓的房间布置粗糙不舒服，问前台为何和照片不一致，前台说这都属于同一个类别，在我的坚持下才同意换到他们在缤客网上展示的房间。如果订这个酒店建议在备注里写清楚要酒店房间不要公寓房间。

缺点: 性价比相当不高，你相信我！！ 住普通的房间都是在另外一栋楼，真的你一进去一定会失望的！！！后来加了50欧一个房间升级到好主楼。 加多钱的时候确定了是否所有费用都含了，告诉我是的，其他不用付任何费用包括所有的税服务费之类的。结果离开的时候叫我们付城市税，金额很小，但是不在理。拒绝支付，前台服务员脸色非常不好。酒店叫的出租车一定要确认好是酒店出租车还是社会出租车。毕竟120的路程付了300也是……无话可说。 而且没有牙刷。嗯，差不多2000住的房间，真的是很不满意。性价比极低。

缺点: 房间设施基本上处于三星四星的水平，沐浴露之类的差，浴缸开关完全是松动的，厕所里面纸是缺的，吹风机非常破旧，厕所纸非常薄基本上是我们住过的四星五星里最差的纸质。

缺点: 入住前特别注明不住副楼，到时还是安排在那里，且与旅行团队安排在一起，我要求前台更换，回复我是一样的，明显歧视国人。在餐厅用了晚餐，在糕点房用了甜品，不好吃，水准低，失望极了。

缺点: 最大的问题是，酒店房间里的家具和床都感觉太low了，和高大上的酒店外观及楼道装修完全配不上。其次，这么大的套房（号称74平米），竟然只有一个小的转不过身来的淋浴间（我父母住的那间套房更大，却只有一个浴缸，连淋浴间都没有），设施设置完全不合理。在酒店吃了个晚餐，觉得性价比一般。此外，虽然我们并没有遇到别的点评中提到的歧视国人的情况，但是感觉服务人员的确有着一定的疏离感，有时态度会令人感觉稍有不适。但是我认为这不是种族上的歧视或者单单歧视国人，更多的好像是酒店管理本身的问题 - 毕竟普普大饭店在改名“莫斯科大饭店”的时候是完全国营的，员工的态度和中国以前国营饭店的员工态度也是类似的。其实如果认真看点评，欧美游客在这点上的抱怨也很多。

优点: 地理位置非常好，整体入住满意， 床属于比较软一点，我个人很喜欢，感觉比较安全。很喜欢小镇吃的东西。没买早餐，不确定怎么样。唯一就是暖气太足了，有点干燥。
