优点: 卢加诺是个山城，道路高高低低，坡路很多，好在酒店位置离火车站超近，就在车站对面，就是得过一座桥并且下好几个坡。不过酒店有免费接送班车可以坐。定的四人间，房间略简单，一张双人床，两张单人床。三个大人一个孩子够住了。房间有一个阳台，但是阳台很窄。晚上在阳台看山城夜景超棒，对面山坡上万家灯火的景色很美。酒店赠送了两日公交票，可以免费乘坐公交，特别尝试了当地一个传送公交车，没有驾驶员，靠几根钢缆从山下拉到山上火车站。孩子很喜欢。特别好的是，酒店工作人员都很热情，一个前台工作人员会讲中文，他曾经在上海工作过3年并自学了汉语。酒店早饭常规西餐，还不错。洗澡水舒服。

优点: 位置非常好，就在火车站的后面，两个之字台阶上去左转到头，几百米路程，主楼是一座粉红的三层小楼，内部装潢很不错，有点复古的味道，前台服务热情，办理入住会给一张免费的城市车票，浴室和卫生间清洁干净，性价比很高，推荐。卢加诺城市很漂亮，旅店离湖很近，离商业区很近，晚上可以去走走看看，火车站是交通中枢。有一间在前台旁半隔开的两个平米的开放厨房，可以烧热水可以煮面。餐厅兼大厅很宽敞整洁，有两个柜子里面是干净的盘子刀叉杯子。

优点: 位置非常好，就在火车站的后面，两个之字台阶上去左转到头，几百米路程，主楼是一座粉红的三层小楼，内部装潢很不错，有点复古的味道，前台服务热情，办理入住会给一张免费的城市车票，浴室和卫生间清洁干净，性价比很高，推荐。卢加诺城市很漂亮，旅店离湖很近，离商业区很近，晚上可以去走走看看，火车站是交通中枢。有一间在前台旁半隔开的两个平米的开放厨房，可以烧热水可以煮面。餐厅兼大厅很宽敞整洁，有两个柜子里面是干净的盘子刀叉杯子。
缺点: 餐厅很大，但没有免费的咖啡，一台收费的咖啡机，可能是所有瑞士酒店的风格！

缺点: 1:酒店一个秃顶的，戴眼镜的中年前台态度很恶劣，非常不友好！2:酒店床太软，空调不给力，半夜热醒！此次欧洲三国之行，体验最差的一晚，差点熬不到天亮！
