缺点: 入住时发现水质浑浊发暗，绿到能养青蛙，对酒店提出质疑，搪塞我们说因为水缸是绿的，结果我们倒入饮用水之后证明水绿跟水池颜色无关，酒店又改口拿来一堆理由搪塞，说墙壁灯光是绿的、过会儿又说整个城市的水是绿的、又说反正他们酒店的水是绿的……自始至终没有过道歉不说，自我们提出问题就开始摆臭脸，态度一百八十度大转变，爱答不理的样子，本来说好的免费洗衣也忽然挂上账单，店大欺客能做到这程度也是闻所未闻了 早听说战斗民族，这酒店简直无赖民族，不想花了不菲价钱还受人白眼的旅客们可以尽早绕道了。像下图那样浑浊的水质，他们看着居然大言不惭地说他们自己家里也这样……就想问你们家用泥汤子洗澡吗？？ 直接影响了出行心情和对整个国家的印象，建议各位对这家华而不实的酒店避而远之：）

优点: 地理位置很好，去商场去涅瓦大街都很方便，几个主要的必去景点和博物馆也都在涅瓦大街那边，不想走路打车过去也很便宜！房间虽然有点小，但卫生舒适温暖。前台小姐姐小哥哥每次出门或者回来都微笑点头或者问好，有一个小姐姐笑得很甜啊让人觉得很美很舒服，看来还是要多多微笑哈哈哈！喜欢圣彼得堡，下次还会选择。

缺点: 本周末去圣彼得堡旅游入住该酒店，酒店以必须办理落地签为由，收取200卢布，并留下护照了半天时间做办理，但给回护照后，原落地签不见了，跟落地签一起用曲别针别的小白条也被取下，夹在了其他页面。问酒店酒店并不承认其弄丢了我的长期的落地签，现在影响我的正常出境，酒店没有任何的补救方案且无道歉，只能自己想办法补救，差评！！！差评！！！差评！！！

缺点: 1.住在酒店三晚，有两个晚上接到可疑电话都是在10PM打来，第一个晚上询问是否需要餐饮服务，因一个女生在房间害怕立马把电话线拔了，结果第二个晚上电话又响了，发现一个房间里居然有两个电话，这次是讲俄语，也是立马把电话线拔掉。第二天和酒店前台反应这个事情，前台说不是他们打的，非常抱歉，他们要查一下到底是谁打的，但最终也没有回复，希望不是我想的那种人口贩卖。 2.酒店原本在BOOKING上看价格是800元/晚，這也怪我自己没看清楚还有税的部分，结果节后结账时，他们还要交一个登记费再加上税，变成1200元/房，性价比一下就拉低了。从门口到大堂再到check in柜台都让你有五星级的感觉，可是最失望的是房间，很多设施都已经老旧，门把手都是N年前的，如果这家酒店是600一晚，性价比还行，但是1200一晚的我绝对不选。 3.房间有蜘蛛网。 4.在我住的第二天就提前让我结账，前台服务生也很抱歉这个骚操作，说是登记的时候没有设置好之类的。 5.在登记时说好了我只吃一天的早餐，但结账时还是算了3天，好在我对了账单。

缺点: 1️⃣为我办理入住手续的胖子员工让人厌恶，他的英语很糟糕，对我的提问也爱搭不理。他收取了我250卢布的“登记费”，且没有开具任何发票，并且拒绝为我提供落地签，称这是“不必要的”。 (但后来我在其他前台员工那里成功办理了落地签，他们的态度非常友好，很乐意为我提供服务，而且都可以说流利的英语) 2️⃣房间的隔音效果不好，早上我被隔壁的闹钟吵醒了。 3️⃣冷水和热水的标记是反的，这可不是四星级酒店应该犯的错误。

优点: 就在圣彼得堡的莫斯科火车站对面，两条地铁在这里交汇，附近有大型购物中心，购物中心里面有大型超市，“你好”中餐厅就在附近，这样方便的位置，实在没得挑了！住在这儿使我们生活很方便。我两次来俄罗斯了，住过很多酒店，这一家是最好的，门外插着中国国旗，估计是中资企业吧，设施非常好，四架电梯，餐厅也大到奢侈，我住的是商务套房，起居客厅和卧房是分开的，面积很大。水很热很大，泡浴缺好舒服。早餐在俄国在说，也是非常丰富的，当然不能跟我们国家以及东南亚国家比，俄国的食品品种本来没有这么多，这里已经很不错了，也是我在俄国吃过的比较好的早餐了！

优点: 就在圣彼得堡的莫斯科火车站对面，两条地铁在这里交汇，附近有大型购物中心，购物中心里面有大型超市，“你好”中餐厅就在附近，这样方便的位置，实在没得挑了！住在这儿使我们生活很方便。我两次来俄罗斯了，住过很多酒店，这一家是最好的，门外插着中国国旗，估计是中资企业吧，设施非常好，四架电梯，餐厅也大到奢侈，我住的是商务套房，起居客厅和卧房是分开的，面积很大。水很热很大，泡浴缺好舒服。早餐在俄国在说，也是非常丰富的，当然不能跟我们国家以及东南亚国家比，俄国的食品品种本来没有这么多，这里已经很不错了，也是我在俄国吃过的比较好的早餐了！
缺点: 没有不满意的地方。
