缺点: 地段是历史中心区没错，但是这个酒店门前的街很脏，第一天夜里达到的时候把我们吓到了。因为订不到连续三晚的同一个房型，所以只好分开订了两个房型，第三晚比前两晚更贵一点。入住时候前台说会尽量安排我们不用换房，然后后面也没有任何联系，到第三天下午我们在日月金字塔玩的时候，突然接到酒店电话，口气不算很好，让我们回去换房间。赶回去匆忙收拾行李换房间，换成了一个不能开窗且比较吵的房间。后来在洛杉矶时候发现丢了一个备用的苹果6s手机，怀疑是在换房间时候掉的，不过这就没什么办法证实了。总之这次匆忙换房的经历让我觉得酒店服务达不到9.4的高评分。两个房间也都没有任何view，只看得到墙。如果有下次我会选择他们在宪法广场旁边的姐妹酒店，性价比更高一点。

缺点: 据说是旁边餐厅施工 夜里一两点钟开始叮叮当当，人到第二天给换了房间。前台男接待员只是局限于最低的礼貌，谈不上有帮助。我的墨西哥之行12天，住了好多个酒店，只有这一家对于我在booking的问题完全都不回复。

缺点: 一口气预订了五晚的酒店，第一天到达时是深夜，酒店前台给了我一间靠街道的房间，进房间就看到床上的被子上有大片洗不掉的脏的痕迹且被套用得都旧到有窟窿了，真不明白这种被套怎么还能继续用。下楼要求换房，又给了我另一间靠街道的房间。房间隔音效果差，从凌晨一点开始一直到三点，附近酒吧的超重低音音乐和刺耳的唱歌声一直吵得人睡不着。 第二天早上受不了，要求更换一间安静且整洁的房间，总算给了我一间靠里的房间，接下来几天晚上都没有再听见有噪音。所以，为什么一开始不能给我一间让人满意的房间呢？这个情况似乎在墨西哥都是一样，一定会给你最差的房间，只有当你不满意了才会更换好一些的房间给你。我不想说是种族歧视，但确实恶心至极。 酒店的淋浴间设计得非常脑残，如果要打开玻璃门，门就会向内推挡住淋浴把手。如果要打开淋浴把手，就必须人在内把门关上。打开把手就一定会在狭小的空间里被冷水淋湿。无语！ 请前台帮忙打印东西，等半天说收不到邮件，要我自己去街上找打印店。酒店预订的的士费用比自己找的要贵。
