缺点: 办理入住的效率可和国内的没得比，必须要给意大利人留出足够的时间，他们还是不能一次处理多件事情，得一件一件事情来，否则一定有纰漏。

缺点: 酒店不会自动配牙刷，剃须刀和拖鞋，必须自己向前台要。我要了两次，第一次送了两个剃须刀过来（这脑回路很是不懂），第二次才把牙刷送过来。

缺点: shuttle并没有那么方便，定时定点，最后还收了15欧的shuttle费用，实际我们只乘坐过一次，入住期间都乘坐的是公共渡船。

缺点: 双床房的床不是queen，是twin的，这个价格来说这个也太小了。一开始订的房间刚去就发现门是虚掩的，说是清洁员没关上，给我换了房间。换的房间比原来的老旧一些，也少了茶几和小椅子，希望每个房间能统一设施，缺的尽快修补好，毕竟定位豪华型了。
