缺点: 房间窗户通向一个阴冷潮湿的小天井，房间墙壁霉点斑斑，一股令人恶心的霉味。

优点: 房间不大但是设施很齐全，可以挂、放很多东西。我一共住了三晚，在最后一晚噪音很大，吵得难以入睡，是天井里一户居民，做饭吃东西聊天，不是西班牙人，很不自觉。

缺点: 我入住两天，第二天办事回来发现房间没有整理，我并没有介意。但是躺下休息时清洁工来敲门，那时已经16:15，我问早晨为什么不打扫，她说先打扫已经退房的。我说这么晚，我不需要打扫了。她转身就走，一句道歉的话都没说。
