优点: 这次特别感动。到达当天晚上我本想吃酒店提供的红苹果但发现两个里面都烂了，第二天出门前留了纸条。当天回来后发现客服经理Tommy给我们预备了红酒 巧克力及一个大果盘做为道歉 并于第二日又再次道歉弥补。这个对顾客的尊重态度与关怀让我非常感动。在此再次感谢Tommy经理及团队，并祝香港里拉在新的一年里生意越来越红火！香格里拉新加坡是最好的！

缺点: 没有护发素！是洗护合一的洗发香波，用这个洗发水对我这样及腰长发，简直是灾难！头发打结，几乎绝望了！花了好长时间一点点地梳好了。没有浴帽，也不方便，长发不想天天洗头。

缺点: 第一天入住的床单不太干净，上面有明显的污渍。

缺点: 性价比一般，首战，隔音效果太差，对面住了一家子韩国人，每天晚上来来回回开关门，震得我的房间门一直响。其次，屋子里闹蚂蚁，每天晚上都得在桌子上发现六七只小蚂蚁。第三，我们住了五晚，第三天房卡莫名其妙消磁了无法使用，还是两张房卡同时消磁。最后，19日晚上十点我们回到酒店被突然通知进行年度停电维修，为什么不能提前一天或两天通知？我们毫无准备，最后差点手机都没有充电，而且，所谓的通知，仅仅是在床上放了一张纸，作为游客，白天不在酒店，晚上回来才看到，真是无话可说。

缺点: 2点的check in时间，被告知房间没有收拾好。3点半左右能入住。4点回到酒店，被告知房间还是没收拾。一行人在狭小的酒店大堂等了40分钟，经过不断催促，在接近下午5点的时候告知我们准备好了一个房间（我们订了三间）。最终在我们的不断催促下，下午五点半所有人才顺利入住。比我们后到的顾客都顺利check in，向酒店询问，被告知因为对方定的是更高级的房间。excuse me？？？？而且前台中分小哥明明会中文却坚持用英文和我们交流。不太明白新加坡所谓四星酒店的服务会是这样，以后不会再入住了。
