缺点: 我发现遗忘衣服后，提供地址希望宾馆能查询邮费，我转账后再把遗忘物品寄给我。结果帮客人保管和寄回物品这种酒店常见业务，用了半个月，经过多次朕系才解决，宾馆寄出前还曾经丢失过物品，幸好后来几天又找回来了。希望完善服务体系，加强安全管理。
