优点: 酒店地理位置挺好，在狸小路附近，距地铁站薄野站步行十分钟内，距二条市场步行十五分钟。 酒店旁边是一个有摩天轮的商场，在札幌市内高处都能看到摩天轮。 酒店附近的餐饮店非常多，在路口拐角处还有一间超大的罗森便利店。 酒店大堂还比较大，前台接待人员很热情，会一项项的确认入住事宜。 酒店电梯是刷卡按楼层，安全性比较高。 房间内部面积还行，挪动一些家具是能完全展开两个24寸行李箱的。卫生间与淋浴间、洗面台是完全分开的，实用性很高。 房费内包含早餐，餐厅在一楼电梯入口的旁边，餐厅面积比较大，座位比较多。早餐的品种也比较多，有热食，水果，不过牛奶及果汁都是冷的。餐厅后门出去就是狸小路了（后门好像不怎么打开）。

缺点: 唯一印象不好的是前台一个台湾的男性服务人员，在前台办入住的时候大声和另一个台湾来客谈论大陆游客怎么样怎么样，政治怎样，言语令人感觉不好。同是在办入住的客人，希望应考虑一下来住店的各地游客的感受。

缺点: check in 时间～当天1点多到的，虽然明确是2点，但从外地到，时间没办法控制那么准确。刚开始前台说不可以check in ，提出寄存行李，ok，然后整理好箱子准备存了，换个人又可以checkin了～还是没到两点，希望可以灵活一点，这种情况不算少见

缺点: 因为酒店是五星级的关系，性价比也很高，相比其他日本当地酒店，这里有更多国外游客入住，他们比日本住客要吵很多，而且隔音效果不好，每天早上和晚上充斥着客人的各种声音，万一遇到吵闹的住客，晚上在房间里活动还会引起墙壁震动。另外，酒店房间不供应咖啡，甚至连大堂都没有现磨咖啡供应，这一配置同五星级酒店不太符合。

优点: 酒店不错，很干净，员工服务态度也好，check out的时候还有一个说英文的小哥。差不多是薄野站和中岛公园中间的位置，离中岛公园大概五分钟走路吧。逛薄野，大通公园都比较方便。 坐电梯要先刷一下卡才能按楼梯键。刚去的话可能这边会卡一下。一楼有可以泡澡的地方。因为是一个澡堂，所以是男女分开时间泡的，男士的比较晚「记得晚上场差不多是凌晨」可能要去泡的话有点点忧桑… 酒店还有个咖啡厅，只不过我没去吃… 大厅有两个机器，入住和退房都会用到，入住的时候前台拿卡，然后机器上缴费，退房的时候直接把卡塞进机器就可以了…炒鸡高大上…
