缺点: 入住酒店，员工告诉我需要复制我的信用卡正反面，说这是他们的规定，但是我担心我的信用卡信息会被流失，不让他们复印，就不可以入住，世界杯期间房子紧张，我只好选择妥协，离店的时候我要求把复印的信用卡信息拿走，他们也拒绝。我觉得这样子的规定，对于客人的身份信息有严重的影响。

缺点: 酒店在山坡上，需要爬坡，不适合携带沉重行李的游客，上次来没带行李觉得很ok，这次带了28寸的箱子拎到要吐血；办理落地签收费，员工比较不细心，少复印了一份护照，直到最后离开也没办好。

缺点: 其实这个酒店最大的问题是员工的问题：前台服务人员没什么耐心，让人对酒店第一印象就不好；客房清洁员每天在走廊里大声说话呼喊，他们工作用的推车也会发出很大动静，完全不考虑上午还在休息的客人；某日我离开房间放了小费给保洁员让他们打扫一下。结果她记住了我，每天都要给我打扫房间，我说不需要都不行，很无奈，我只能放点小费给她。还有一楼吧台的小哥，没有笑容没关系，但是如果你需要小费，请先把找好的钱给我，我再给你，不是你直接不给我找钱就算了。其实这酒店住的还算舒心，只是这些员工的素质和水准实在太给这家酒店减分。
