缺点: 位置说远倒不是很远，但是最蛋疼的是要去最近的超市要经过一个斜坡，要走大概12分钟，而且两边没人人行道，很窄非常危险。真佩服我和我媳妇晚上九十点钟打着手电筒提醒过往车辆，然后胆战心惊的走到7-11买东西。建议晚上千万别走出去，太危险了

缺点: 早餐种类还可以，但是建议每天早晨换换口味，就像晚餐似的，不需要很多，对于一次订房住一个假期的人来说，会感觉新意略缺。另外关于延迟退房，建议稍微延后几个小时，之后再按小时进行收费，毕竟飞国内的航班都差不多是在凌晨左右，住客也基本会待到傍晚才会退房。

缺点: 刚刚说过酒店地理位置好，位于小半山间，因为站得高，所以看得远，自然景观很棒，但是周边没有其他设施了，什么便利店啊，水果摊都没有，对于我这种吃不惯泰国菜的人来说，真的难受，另外说一句，免费送的两瓶水，能换个瓶子装嘛，看着真的不干净，冰箱里的可乐40泰铢一罐，便利店只卖14泰铢好嘛。

优点: 第二次来普吉岛，这是本次度假的第二个酒店，酒店位于芭东头上，位置一般没有Holidayin那种好，因为前面一个酒店是阿玛瑞，服务上的差距马上凸显出来了。一进酒店就感觉是设施老旧的酒店，安排的房间没有图片上看上去的新，临街第一间，吵得要命，三天里根本没睡好。订的两房一厅却只有一个厕所，安排不合理。酒店服务很差，工作人员见面问候的不多，客房服务很不好，放床头的小费知道拿走的，东西却都不补足，打电话对方英文又很烂听不懂我们要什么，以至于晚上去前台拿着未补给的东西给他们看才要到（棉签，蚊香），服务非常生硬。酒店Wi-Fi能不能再烂点，登上去一会就掉线了。进酒店时也没有人告知使用方法，房间电话就是一般座机连前台电话都没有的，意思是没事不要打前台吗？酒店离芭东海滩隔着一条街，游泳池那有个门可以直接过马路去海滩。周边吃饭的不多，晚上沙滩上会有很多小炒烧烤冰沙，可以尝尝。要去店里吃的话出门往后走上5分钟左右，到大马路右拐200米有家西餐厅很不错。去江西冷嘟嘟出租10分钟左右，200到300株不等。酒店早餐基本没什么吃的，住的中外来宾皆有，但老外的素质属于低档的那种。泳池管理不好，一大群老外成天霸着泳池，像他们包了一样，有些老外提前拿条毛巾裹椅子上椅子就算他们的了，出来度假居然还有占位子的，滑稽，还好用英文怼回去抢回椅子，以保住我们中国人的尊严，泳池水比较脏可能游的人太多了，由此看出泳池管理不好。晚上的飞机，多订一晚的房间要求供应餐盒，餐盒只有牛奶鸡蛋水果没有选择而且前台态度不好，感觉像讨来的，这明明就是包含在我房费里我应得的。总体来说房价和酒店完全不匹配，最后房费7800多人民币三晚，不包括SPA和酒店餐饮小费，强烈不推荐有要求的人来，就这样汇报完毕。

优点: 酒店位置还不错，距离江西冷大概一公里多，步行大概15分钟内。 酒店门口的街算比较本地人的生活圈，周围吃的东西都还不错，而且不贵。 订的是酒店外圈的靠近马路的房间，还好这个区域比较安静。阳台比较小，两个大窗可以打开，有晾衣服的架子。整个房间空间还不错，有一套藤椅可以休息，浴室空间也还不错。整体装修风格比较豪华，可能看起来比较老，但除了吹风机不给力其他都挺好。 泳池算比较大的，周围一圈有很多躺椅，还可以玩水上排球。泳池周围的房间看着阳台比较宽敞。

优点: 酒店位置还不错，距离江西冷大概一公里多，步行大概15分钟内。 酒店门口的街算比较本地人的生活圈，周围吃的东西都还不错，而且不贵。 订的是酒店外圈的靠近马路的房间，还好这个区域比较安静。阳台比较小，两个大窗可以打开，有晾衣服的架子。整个房间空间还不错，有一套藤椅可以休息，浴室空间也还不错。整体装修风格比较豪华，可能看起来比较老，但除了吹风机不给力其他都挺好。 泳池算比较大的，周围一圈有很多躺椅，还可以玩水上排球。泳池周围的房间看着阳台比较宽敞。
缺点: 房间隔音比较差，声音大些会听到。

缺点: 第一天是凌晨两点入住，订的豪华房，但是给错我房间，给的是高级房，淋浴间下水是堵住的，等于泡在水里洗澡，太累了就没换。第二天找到前台，前台给我们换回了豪华房，说补偿我们免费水果，但是后几天并没有补偿。但是给我们换回的豪华房是带躺椅的大阳台观景房，女友很喜欢。

缺点: 清洁程度非常非常一般。沙发垫子上，床头凳垫子上都是斑点，看不出是巧克力酱还是血斑。按摩浴缸放出的水是淡黄褐色的，因为孩子坚持要泡，也没法子阻止，但心里挺不舒服的。酒店的出租价格非常非常贵。酒店在芭东区，从酒店到自由海滩，约30分钟的车程收取费用为900泰铢。 从酒店到机场的费用为2200泰铢。我们到达普吉岛，晚上9点，同样的车距，车费为800泰铢，如果以这个为正常价格的话，酒店的出租收费比外面贵了将近1400泰铢。非常坑爹。

缺点: 空调声音很大，楼梯转弯处有两层台阶，灯光昏暗，台阶深色，层次模糊，导致我在转角摔倒一次，孩子后来又摔倒一次，每次走楼梯都要小心翼翼，希望酒店增加照明设备，下次还会选择入住！
