缺点: 酒店不提供拖鞋，牙膏牙刷，房间内没有热水壶，也没有饮用水，即使MINI BAR也是空的。住了6晚，每天的早餐基本都是一样的，如果能供应不同风格的早餐就好了。

缺点: 下单时我发现下重了（定了一个便宜的不能取消的，和一个贵点的可以取消的），第一时间我就通过邮件和电话与旅馆联系。这时候未对旅馆造成任何实质性的损失。不过很遗憾，48小时候他们告诉我不能取消（幸好我下的另一个订单是可以取消的，只好取消那个）。这一经历很少见。很明显的操作失误（我想网站也有一定的责任，我都不知道哪一步出了问题），且未对旅馆造成任何实质性的损失，他们为什么就是不同意呢？

优点: 因为晚上从Kopaonik乘大巴车回来，到贝城已经很晚了就定了离车站最近的一家酒店，房间的价钱还算合理，但早餐有点贵，人均6欧，吃的也就一般，感觉挺不划算的。房间正常，跟国内四星酒店差不多，但比快捷酒店干净一些，适合临时转车入住。另外，房间有国标的插孔，不需要转换器，这点还是很惊讶的，也能看出这家很多国人来住。

优点: 因为晚上从Kopaonik乘大巴车回来，到贝城已经很晚了就定了离车站最近的一家酒店，房间的价钱还算合理，但早餐有点贵，人均6欧，吃的也就一般，感觉挺不划算的。房间正常，跟国内四星酒店差不多，但比快捷酒店干净一些，适合临时转车入住。另外，房间有国标的插孔，不需要转换器，这点还是很惊讶的，也能看出这家很多国人来住。
缺点: 早餐太贵了

缺点: 头三日定了附楼，第一日到，当房间，感觉很害怕，一楼的门没有锁，房门也是老式的，无内锁，跑去前台想换房，被告知无主楼房间，于是开着灯睡了三晚，总体挺好的，挺安全的。
