缺点: 因为我的飞机由于天气原因晚点 凌晨三点才check in 屋子里很冷 我还以为空调需要时间 过一会才能暖和过来了太困了就睡了 结果 半夜被冻醒 但我真的太困了 没起来打电话 早上起来发现屋里像冰屋一样 只有很薄的一床被子 于是问了前台才得知酒店并没有空调！！！那个是制冷的不制热！！！我都惊呆了！！！从来没有攻略和点评上提到了这一点！！！如果你是冬天来 外面还下雪 你觉得屋里很冷 那么你一定要当机立断马上立马去前台或者打电话要一个小电暖器！！！ 不然就会像我一样被冻醒 疑似感冒 不得不取消了第二天的行程 早餐真的很一般了 就是很普通的西式早餐 我已经快吃不动了 可怜的胃 多半是冷餐 其次离机场不近 公交的话需要到市区倒车大概一个多小时 但我凌晨三点已经没有公交系统了 打车花了小500 心累 我只是想看一下监狱特色 没想到会经历这么多 如果是我的话 可能不会再来了 希望如果想冬天来住的你一定一定要记得要一个电暖器！！！

缺点: 其实位置感觉还是有一点偏的，要步行过桥，才能走向市中心，赫尔新基的市政道路真的不敢恭维，斜坡、闲置的工地，对于我们这种带着宝宝，需要退行手推车的家庭来说是一种挑战；

缺点: 当天有事很晚入住，不知道是自己没发现开关还是顶灯坏了，反正就是在非常朦胧的状态下草草睡了一晚上。入住时拖着27公斤的箱子走了靠近前台的电梯，后来发现要到达房间，还有一段楼梯路，第二天走的时候发现还是有其他的直达电梯的。权当健身吧。

缺点: 我们一行7人，大约早上5：30-6：00点退房，酒店没有预备早餐盒，仅有几袋甜的小食品和几个梨。前台小姐说我们可以选择吃汉堡，不久另外一位先生就告诉我们汉堡需要付费。 早餐费已经付过了，应该给客人准备早餐盒（其他好一些的酒店都会准备）。现在人们普遍重视健康，建议多些选择，不能仅有甜的小食品。
