优点: 地理位置确实是无可挑剔，就在黎刹公园旁边，旁边也有7-11，所以对于逛古城的人来说，这个还是很方便的，几乎不用打车，步行很快就能到。酒店服务员也很热情。
缺点: 不知道是我预定的问题，还是运气不好，房间比我在日本、香港住过的都还小，一家三口根本就睡不下去。床品不太干净，连被子都没有！空调和拖拉机一样吵闹，莲蓬头的水也很小。洗面台没有热水！最难过的是，马桶是完全堵死的，上完厕所冲不了水，太难受了。虽说，白天都在外面玩，只是简单睡一下，但是这一晚上也太难受了。不知道怎么会有这么高评分的，请大家还是慎重选择。

缺点: 前台态度一般，我订双床，给我一个大床和沙发，后来我们不同意下来换才换了三床房，需要1000P押金、刷卡的时候问是不是能退回卡里，说可以，退房说只能现金，还有酒店提前扣了一次房费，前台都不知道，我找booking客服问的。半夜两点退房的，两个女生，马尼拉打车总是不打卡，保安也没帮我们拦车，可能是在别的酒店态度太好了，相对来说差

缺点: 酒店设施陈旧，空调还是那种镶嵌墙壁那种，非常非常大声，住了两晚都没睡着，因为实在太吵了。房间很小，跟照片完全不一致，问了前台要加多少钱升级，回复不能升级，不能换房。隔音很差，在房间里都能听到外面有人走动。酒店位于类似贫民区的地方，周围很破旧，太吓人了，不敢出门，只能叫车去别的地方，车一般要10分钟左右才能到，车来了之后才敢走出去。这是我住过的最差的酒店了。

缺点: 床品补舒服，洗漱用品很差，毛巾很脏，浴袍上的血块没洗干净就提供给住客，卫生打扫不及时，住3晚只打扫过1次房间，卫生状况也不是很满意。早餐599一位是另外付钱的，种类比较少，味道也很一般。这次出行很匆忙其他酒店都满了，下次应该不会选择这里。

缺点: 该酒店旁边有个酒吧。晚上有震耳欲聋的唱歌和蹦迪声，直到深夜，让人无法好好休息。回程本来也预定了，果断取消。
