At our extended stay hotel, you will enjoy apartment-style living and convenient amenities. Each of our spacious suites comes equipped with double- or full-sized beds and in-room kitchens with full-sized refrigerators. You will also have access to conveniences like free parking, free basic WiFi and access to our guest laundry room. Housekeeping services are provided every other week for long-stay guests. We are located just 20 miles from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and only 11 miles away from AMTRAK Raleigh. If you are a student visiting the area, then you will appreciate being just 12 miles away from North Carolina State University and just 31 miles away from Duke University. Service, assistance animals are welcome at no additional charge, must be registered at the front desk. Limit 2 dogs, under 80 lbs. per room. No cats. Non-refundable pet fees, 200 USD a pet reg fee and 8 USD a pet per night charge for the duration of the stay.
