Welcome to Blue Water Resort! Our lovely unit features two beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 6. The spacious angled patio has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean! Eat out at one of the eateries close by, the new Italian restaurant on-site, or eat in, using our apartment sized appliances to make a meal. In peak season, you will find a snack bar on premises. Free parking across the street in the lot or garage. Close to put-put, shops, grocery and more! Must be 21 to book. We do not allow events, pets, or smoking. $250 fine for evidence of smoking or vaping of any sort, (including the balcony) plus any fines issued to owners by the HOA. If you have any questions, please reach out. Please note: Pest control comes in on the 3rd Monday of each month. Please do not refuse this service. You may be fined for doing so.
