服务接待前台、concierge太周到了，就像回到家一样的感觉，地理位置超好；伦敦第一次入住那五天，餐厅都是一位感觉意大利或者西语国家的男士服务，周到细致，一进门就会主动倒果汁，问要茶还是咖啡；后来再次入住时，餐厅服务员换人了，一位女士也不错，不过10:25就开始忙着收拾，虽然是时间快到了，但终归觉得客人还在那用餐，有些不太周到。不过下次会继续选择入住，顺便特别想知道，他们豪华房的床上用品，枕头和床垫是什么品牌的，什么系列，是所有住过酒店里最舒服的
