优点： Nothing. They had no cars available for anyone and we were stuck there at midnight with over 100 people in the facility.
缺点： Don’t give reservations unless you can fulfill them. Multiple companies pool cars at this location and none of them had any.

优点： The drop off was very easy and the customer Representative was excellent
缺点： I had requested for a Toyota Rav 4 when we booked - we paid a premium rate - however was disappointed when we could not get it when we arrived to pick it up. they told us it’s first come first served and we settled for a Chevy Equinox instead which they said was an upgrade ( not sure it was though)

缺点： The man selling rental didn't seem to want to help too much. Everyone else from the person that gave us the car to the insurrance lady at the end were great.

缺点： Could have had the Kiosks working so there was no line. I had to wait 45 minutes in line because there was only 1 person working the counter and 4 kiosks not working.
