优点： The drop off was easy but it’s too far to get back to Lahaina Harbor so we had to get a taxi to get there.
缺点： Shorter distance to and from car rental would be better. We had to get a taxi to the car rental and back.

Overall, a good experience
优点： The people at Enterprise are always great to work with, which is why I always try to rent from them. The location was easy to get to and it was an easy process.
缺点： It was a little pricier than I would have liked.

Easy and efficient
优点： The pickup as well as drop was extremely easy. We were picked up from Hotel in a Mustang convertible which was quite a nice surprise. The staff made the rental transaction very easy and simple. Drop off was painless and they deposited back to the hotel.

Enterprise Might Pick you Up...
优点： The ability to drive around the island in a suitable car... thats about it. We were also able to book the car online at sea on a cruise ship so bonus for that.
缺点： We were on a very tight schedule and decided to go to the expense to rent a car, however we were told the wrong place to go for the shuttle on the phone . After waiting in the wrong spot for 1/2 hour, we noticed the van at the other end of the pier and had to run!(two of our party are disabled, I am on a cane) we got to the van as she closed the door and told us to wait for the next, Hertz drove by 3 times...
