booking显示我订了六间房并且都已付款，酒店却说只显示定了五间房

地点很好，去老城步行就可以了。提供停车位，但价格比较贵。
前台员工人不错，但是管理还是有问题。我预定了5个房间，现金支付房费，结果发现信用卡又扣了一个房间的费用。第二天找前台，员工认为是他们的问题，但是近一个月了，也不见退款。期间发过几次电邮，现在只能向booking.com投诉了。
