Similar systems are used at John Hopkins Hospital, LAX international airport as well as Commercial Airlines and Schools to help increase indoor air quality. Air exposed to negative and positive ions through NPBI has effects on pathogens which disrupts the surface proteins and inactivates them. This NPBI system along with Social Distancing practices has been put in place to try and create a safer environment at Mountain Thunder Lodge and Townhomes.
