优点: 这里的家庭式四人房间里面还隔了一个门变成了两间独立房间，有独立的电视和冷气所以能够有各自的私人空间，适合两个家庭来居住而且这里的员工很亲切。地点很靠近旅游景点而且附近还有一个很大food court，晚上不怕找不到食物吃。。

缺点: 厕所外面不要有镜子，华人员工女的，有年纪一些的那位，要很注意⚠️一下态度，我是有抽烟的人，我只是要check in的时候在外面抽了一支香烟，然后走进去，当然那个味道有在，我走到柜台前面，那个女的就问我，要check in是吗，我说对，然后她就跟她同事说了几句，那个人烟味很重，安排他在201 或202号房间，还重复他的烟味很重，要讲的话不能等我上去房间的才讲吗？直接在我面前说，serviceline 是这样的吗？请问

优点: 房间很大，清洁干净，酒店走廊很干净清新，员工服务很nice，也不怕找不到parking位置，晚上还有人看管~ 各方面都很不错 下次有机会还是会回来这家酒店。
缺点: 比较遗憾的是位置距离市中心有些远，开车需要15分钟~ 隔音不太好 下大雨会听到很大的雨声~ 另外水压再大一些就好了 ~

优点: 真的是精品酒店， 外观都已经非常的B了， 酒店大堂处处都是拍照的好地方， 走廊房间等等都可以随便摆一个pose就是很美的照片～ 房间虽然小但是五脏俱全 这一间m boutique 18 station旁边就是aeon mall了～ 离市区（二奶巷）大概20分钟车程～ 楼下有间感觉不错的日本餐哦 很适合喜欢拍照的人来哦～

优点: 酒店位于旧场街和步行街，就是豆芽鸡那条街的中间。步行十分钟两边都能到，很方便。门口没有任何便利店或者吃东西的地方。往步行街方向第一个红绿灯，右转有个711，左转50米有个茶餐厅，只卖早上。再往前第二个红绿灯右转就是步行街了。服务硬件总体不错，房间很大。特别提醒浴室外有两个开关，一个是灯的，一个是热水的。如果洗澡没热水，检查开关。
缺点: 临街的房间会有点吵，浴室那边窗户很高，不方便关，也关不严。浴室门是推拉门，隔音效果一般。

缺点: 原本预定双人房间的，但因不小心按错取消，后来在半夜只好预定里边唯一的一间行政套房，第二天达到旅店，服务员说双人床没有了只有两张单人床，后来又查到我预定的是行政套房，那表示之前我预定的标准房是没取消到的，后来我要求要标注房，她却种种推辞话说没有房间了，没办法不够她说，毕竟是自己预定了后面的行政套房，但是心里不平衡的是，明明是有标准房可以给顾客住却要我预定行政套房，我只带小孩和一个女佣一起，当时又已经七点多到，要求标准房却不给，没法只好三个人住进这么大的行政套房，不过还好晚上和孩子开心游乐，心里也挺享受着这大间的行政套房；）就当旅游五星级呗，但是希望旅店的服务员，如果真有房间，请让顾客可以选择房间嘛，每个来玩耍旅游的都希望玩的开心，住的开心呀，有标准房就坦白给别让顾客没法被要大大房，毕竟三个人标准房时适合，还好这次来晚上玩得开心，住个大房也好啦^^呵呵，请恕有话直说

缺点: 我自驾车到贵酒店，看见贵酒店前面一些泊车位上放着贵酒店的铁牌。于是我把铁牌拿开把车子泊上，但是有一位贵酒店的保安人员过来告诉我，如果要泊车在铁牌上的车位需要付RM10.00。请问我是住宿客户，应该享有免费泊车位，许多酒店都有这种服务。贵酒店有这种收费，的确让我很失望。

优点: 房间安排非常满意，尤其是前台入住时一位胖胖的服务人员非常负责，语言沟通不够，他会电话找能讲中文的人员给我沟通，入住和离店手续办理非常满意。入住四天的早餐还不错，只是花样变化比较少，连吃四天菜品口味略显重复，不过还是很满意了。
缺点: 希望下次去能看到有配备前台能直接中文沟通的员工，那就更好了！
