Excellent customer service when dropping off car in Atlanta
优点： I had no wait time.
缺点： The car I reserved was not available. Was given an upgrade but was not offered any choices. The car I got was not economical on gas, not a smooth ride, and had no modern electronics inside.
Cheaper if I went directly to alamo
优点： Check in and out process was easy
缺点： The price was twice as much as it would have been if I just went to Alamo directly
Nissan Rouge one of the most uncomfortable cars I've ever driven
优点： Alamo folks were great, car was clean and the rental process was effortless.
缺点： The Nissan rouge was one of the worst cars I've ever rented, it was clean, good on gas.. but very under engineered cars,

优点： Great car (Jeep Renegade) at affordable price. Pickup and drop off close and convenient.
优点： The price of one way drop, also the quality of the vehicle Hundyia Centre
RUDE
优点： Nothing
缺点： The lady at the counter was extreamly rude! I also never recieved a car due to over booking at this location and had to take a $500 taxis ride to get to my location. When I asked why I couldn't get my car she was even more rude when explaining it to me. I'm still not sure as to why it would let me book online if they were out of cars. It was a horrible experience

Bad experience
优点： The car was in good shape and ran well.
缺点： The girl at the counter was not friendly and didn't take the time to explain things. When we brought the car back, it was in good shape, we filled up the tank, threw out all of our trash, etc. An hour later we get a call from Alamo saying there is a scratch on the drivers side that we are responsible for. We went back to check it out, and the scratch was just a scuff mark that was easily removed with a wash. Next time we will take pictures of the car before and after delivery.

缺点： I called to extend my contract for a day and was quoted (automated) 100 dollars extra, then transferred to an agent. The agent was abrupt and offered no help even though I had a quote on my contract of 34 dollars, as well as Kayak.com to rerent. I actually had to drive to the airport to rerent.
